Broiled Peaches with Fresh Whipped Cream

  • 8 peaches, halved and pits removed
  • 8 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1-pint heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar



  • Preheat oven to broil. Place peach halves cut side up on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle each half with granulated sugar. Let rest for 10 minutes. Cook in oven under broiler for 6-8 minutes, until sugar begins to caramelize and peaches soften.

Whipped Cream:

  • Pour heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl. Slowly beat with a stand mixer or hand mixer. Add in sugar. Increase speed and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Careful not to over mix (it will turn to butter!). Place in fridge until ready to use.

Serve peaches with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
