Stone Fruit Salad (Mexican Style)
- 5 lbs. seasonal stone fruit (such as peaches, nectarines, plums, mangoes)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Wash all fruit and slice into thin slices.
- Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss fruit and dressing together, refrigerate and serve chilled.
