Stone Fruit Salad (Mexican Style)

  • 5 lbs. seasonal stone fruit (such as peaches, nectarines, plums, mangoes)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar


  1. Wash all fruit and slice into thin slices.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Toss fruit and dressing together, refrigerate and serve chilled.
