Waldorf Salad

Adapted from recipe


  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. Toss together the celery, raisins, and walnuts in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss all ingredients with dressing and serve.
